on all personal and company data submitted by job applicants, test participants, companies, agent-consultants and coaching customers,
hereafter collectively called customers.
We will not release identifying information to anyone without the prior written or electronically given consent by customers.
Purpose of Data collection
Personal data submitted by applicants will only be used for assisting them to find appropriate employment. The personal data of applicants will only be disclosed to Corporate customers of CeoInternational.com who have made specific requests for viewing such data and only if and after the applicant customer has given prior written or electronic consent.
Job vacancy data are collected for the sole purpose of job matching.
Coaching customers' communications with a Consultant of CeoInternational.com will be exclusively between the Customer and the CeoInternational.com Consultant and will never be disclosed to anyone else.
Above stritct privacy policies may only be softened for individual cases where official written and documented requests or orders by state prosecuters or courts of law order us in each individual case to do so and only for cases in an ongoing criminal prosecution (this does not include criminalized offenses of otherwise internationally rightful political or human rights in which cases we absolutely refuse to comply with such requests or orders).
Access
Customers are entitled to access their data kept with CeoInternational.com and they may edit, amend or delete such data at any time.
The Personal data of Customers will be retained by CeoInternational.com after deactivation of the Service until a Customer formally requests CeoInternational.com to erase her/his own personal data from the CeoInternational.com database.
Job vacancy information can be deleted by the company customer at any time.
Financial and Banking Information CeoInternational.com through their arrangement with the third party payment and transaction service PayPal (or similarly accredited services where PayPal is not available) assures that no payment or banking information or data of our customers are stored in any form in any part of our organization. Customers transact financially exclusively with these external services.
Taxes and Levies It is the sole responsibility of our customers to file and settle all relevant taxes and levies that may be applicable within their country jurisdiction on their own.
